UVS450C consists of 6 "LED + lens" modules offering a very even beam. It is 100% free from UV-B and the LEDs emit almost no visible light due to a visible light filter. It is compliant with ASTM UV-A intensity and wavelength specifications for FPI and MPI. Owe to the mechanical cooling design, IP65 is approved for dust and water jetting proof.This stationary food light sources can be installed overhead or in-line, and can be ganged together to provide an even wider coverage area.

Main Features

1. Large coverage area of 19inches by 9 inches (48 cm x 24 cm), with a minimum UV-A intensity of 1,000 µW/cm2 at 15 inches (38cm).

2. Optical glass lens ensure the uniform UV light beam. Comparing to the plastic lens, it is almost no transmittance attenuation after long time use.

3. Multi-UV LED lamp units can be connected together longitudinally. The UV light uniformity at the joint point is no change.

4. The heat generated from the LEDs is dissipated via a mechanical cooling system – no fans necessary!

5.UVS450C is integrated with 6 separate modules of "LED+lens", Each module can be replaced easily.
