Regarding New Product Developments:
Q:How I can get new product developments from you?
A: There are 2 cases, one is you provide your own designs , our design team can finish developments based on your photo concepts or photos. The other one is our design team keeps updating new trends constantly.You can choose them from our trends.

Q:what’s lead time of new developments?
A: It takes 2-3 weeks,depends on the styles.

Q:Do you charge new developments and how much?
A: If we have extra pieces in stock from our new trends, we can share cost with you.If we need to open molds for your own designs,we will charge mold cost but refund it when order placed. Sample mold charge : zinc alloy mold is $35-60, brass mold is $45-70,stainless steel mold is $60-100, the fee depends on the style designs.

Q:How can I get my samples
A: We usually ship samples to you under your shipping account# or freight collect,such as Fedex, UPS, TNT etc. We will double check before shipment.

Regarding Orders:
Q:What’s the order process?
A: Before we proceed pre-production samples(PP), we need to double check the products details with you,then confirm the delivery date ,test requirements,packing details, shipping information and payment terms. Then arrange PP samples, inspect materials,follow up closely with you,after pp samples approved by you, we will proceed production. QC the production,keep you posted, then release shipment.

Q:What’s the production lead time?
A: PP samples sent in 2 weeks when order confirmed; production lead time is 20-35 days,depends on quantity and whether there are special materials or molds.

Q:What’s the payment terms?
A: 30% deposit, 70% paid against shipping documents sent to you. We accept TT, PayPal, or Western Union.

Q:What’s your quality?
A: We ship qualified products to our customers no matter what prices the products are. We have inline inspection and final
inspection from our QC team to help control the quality of products. Our products are environmental friendly. Make sure they meet California Prop 65 and your request. We have our own test lab to control the materials at very beginning,test final products in SGS/BV/CTT,etc test lab.

Q:What’s the shipping ?
A: If quantity is big and you have your own shipping company to deliver the goods, we will handle shipping under your instruction.If no appointed shipping company from you ,we also offer different options with cost and delivery time for your choosing.

Q:What’s MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 100pcs but we also accept 50pcs if no special materials.If quantity is too small, prices might be up-grated because of materials needed from market.We are flexible to work with you.
